Connected

The vision for The Village at New Longview was inspired by centuries-old European architecture and urban design ideas that bring people together in close-knit spaces, yet allow for more open and natural amenities such as a shared courtyard or walking trails. Where possible, we also believe enhancing, not degrading the natural landscape can also enhance our lives.

The Buildings & Amenities

Built on a 7-acres site nestled in the heart of New Longview, 80 luxury for-sale townhomes will feature a variety of features: generous front porches, bay windows, rear-loaded garages and a focus on streetscape that sets this community apart from any like it in the KC area.

Honoring the Past While Embracing the Future

The area was originally built in 1914 by famous Kansas City lumber baron R.A. Long to be “The World’s Most Beautiful Farm”, and we pay respect to this rich history by incorporating contemporary versions of classic architecture styles found in turn-of-the-century Kansas City neighborhoods.

The original Longview Farm featured an indoor show-horse arena, a racetrack, multiple types of award-winning livestock, and over 50 distinctive stucco and red-tile roofed buildings. While most have been lost to time or progress, several buildings from the original Longview Farm remain and are now nestled into the fabric of New Longview daily life.
